One of the biggest mistakes we make when going after our goals is doing so from a place of scarcity. Have you ever been on a date with someone and they acted so needy or desperate that you got turned off? Or have you ever talked with a salesperson and they seemed so pushy and eager for the sale that you didn’t want to buy, even though you might have otherwise?
The root cause of these types of self-defeating behavior are feelings of scarcity. When you are coming from a place of “I want more” or “I need more”, that’s scarcity. What you’re essentially saying is “I don’t have enough” or “I am not enough”. Most of us believe this in one way or another.
But this is just an assumption. And it’s not true. In my experience, you are already perfect, whole, and complete in this moment. But most of us don’t realize this. We assume the opposite - that we are not enough and that we don’t have enough. But in any given moment you can see through this illusion and realize the perfection and abundance of your true nature.
But just Imagine approaching your goals from a place of wholeness and completeness as opposed to a place of scarcity or lack. Do you think you would be more likely or less likely to succeed?
In this video I’m going to share with you a simple three step process you can use to release feelings of scarcity and realize the abundance and wholeness that is always here, always now.
This process is easy to learn and easy to do. The only thing you need to do here is welcoming or allowing. This is usually the opposite of what we do with uncomfortable feelings like scarcity. What we usually do is try to push these feelings away or cover them up. This doesn’t work and only reinforces the illusion of scarcity.
But when you welcome these feelings or just allow them to be here, they dissolve all on their own. Let’s do the process and you’ll get a better understanding when we’re finished.

Now take a few moments and notice how you feel after doing this exercise. Do you feel more relaxed or more at ease? Are you feeling less scarcity and more abundance? Just take a few moments to check inside and see if you can feel a difference.
If you’re feeling a difference, great! You’re beginning to break through the illusion of limitation and lack. If you’re not feeling anything, that’s ok too. Either way, continue using this process in your daily life. Whenever you notice yourself wanting more or feeling like you don’t have enough, use this process to release that feeling. The more you let go of feelings of scarcity, the more you will be able to see and feel the abundance that is always here, always now.
